Message Development and Strategy

We facilitate sessions to help your leadership and communications teams develop and hone a message architecture that aligns with your institutional framework and will advance your organization’s goals. In addition to identifying strong core messages and message support, we help develop complementing message platforms, tailored for key issues, audiences, and stakeholders.

Presentations and Public Speaking

We offer tailored individual or group training sessions to teach best practices for developing effective speeches and presentations and to enhance delivery. We emphasize understanding and connecting with audiences, through impactful content, strong vocal delivery, and attention to non-verbal presence. We also offer one-on-one coaching to rehearse and prepare executives to deliver important speeches.

Media Training

We teach spokespeople to be strategic, organized, disciplined, and agile during media interviews. We do so by sharing best practices and proven tools and techniques, and by facilitating practice exercises to build “muscle memory” that will help our clients maximize their interview opportunities. Crisis Communications Training

We offer training sessions for management and communications teams, to teach crisis communications fundamentals and offer best practices for organizing and preparing crisis response teams. These sessions can be tailored to increase familiarity with your organization’s crisis plans and protocols, can incorporate a range of threat scenarios, and can include a media training and practice interview component.
